If everything is correct, give them the code. Once they input it into their vendor dashboard, the escrow funds are instantly released to them. Never share this code until you have your items in hand!

Since the vendor doesn't have your money, you are completely safe. If there's an issue with your order or the vendor fails to deliver, you can flag the order in your dashboard to halt the payment, and our support team will process your refund instantly.

Delivery fees are based on the exact distance between the vendor's location and your hostel. Our automated system calculates the distance tier instantly at checkout (e.g., standard base fee for close runs, with flat additions for long-distance town runs) so you always pay a fair, transparent rate.

Yes! You can add items from different vendors into a single cart. At checkout, our system will automatically split your order into sub-orders, calculate the respective distance delivery fees for each vendor, and route your funds safely into independent escrow pools.

If you buy from the "Student Services" category (like graphic design or tech support), your delivery fee is automatically set to ₦0. The escrow system still holds your payment securely until the vendor completes the gig and delivers the files to your satisfaction.

Tap the "Become a Vendor" button in the hero section, fill out your shop details, and set your shop's physical location. Once verified, you can upload your items (food, thrifts, services, etc.) and instantly gain access to thousands of buyers on campus.

We use a "Secure Holding" (Escrow) system to prevent scams on campus. When a student pays for your item, the money does not go to you or us immediately. It is held safely by our payment partner, Flutterwave. Once the student receives their order and confirms it is correct, the money is unlocked and sent to your account. This makes buyers feel safe shopping from you.

We use a Next-Day Payout (T+1) system. Your money will drop into your account the next working day after the order is delivered. While it usually takes about 24 hours, it is not always exactly 24 hours down to the minute. It depends on how fast Nigerian bank networks process transfers that day. Your money is 100% safe, but please expect it anytime the next day rather than counting down the exact hours.
