Every order generates a unique, secure Delivery Confirmation Code on your receipt. When the vendor or rider brings your package to your hostel, simply inspect your items. If everything is correct, give them the code. Once they input it into their vendor dashboard, the escrow funds are instantly released to them. Never share this code until you have your items in hand!
Since the vendor doesn't have your money, you are completely safe. If there's an issue with your order or the vendor fails to deliver, you can flag the order in your dashboard to halt the payment, and our support team will process your refund instantly.
Delivery fees are based on the exact distance between the vendor's location and your hostel. Our automated system calculates the distance tier instantly at checkout (e.g., standard base fee for close runs, with flat additions for long-distance town runs) so you always pay a fair, transparent rate.
Yes! You can add items from different vendors into a single cart. At checkout, our system will automatically split your order into sub-orders, calculate the respective distance delivery fees for each vendor, and route your funds safely into independent escrow pools.
Tap the "Become a Vendor" button in the hero section, fill out your shop details, and set your shop's physical location. Once verified, you can upload your items (food, thrifts, services, etc.) and instantly gain access to thousands of buyers on campus.
If you buy from the "Student Services" category (like graphic design or tech support), your delivery fee is automatically set to ₦0. The escrow system still holds your payment securely until the vendor completes the gig and delivers the files to your satisfaction.
Once a buyer provides the delivery confirmation code and the funds are released from escrow, the money reflects instantly in your vendor wallet balance. You can request a payout anytime directly to your registered Nigerian bank account.
